In addition, it is involved in project management and construction related works; operates as a hotelier; and investing activities. The company was formerly known as Acoustech Berhad and changed its name to Axteria Group Berhad in July 2021. The company was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
