The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of a covered call strategy applied to the constituents of the VettaFi Energy and Natural Resources Dividend Income Index (the "Parent Index"). The fund is non-diversified.
