About the company

The fund manager uses a "passive management" (or indexing) approach to seek to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the index. The index is comprised of companies selected based on a proprietary methodology developed and maintained by AOT Invest, LLC ("AOT Invest" or the "Sub-Adviser"). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in the component securities of the index. The fund is non-diversified.
