The managers define "equity securities" to mean common stock, depositary receipts (e.g., American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs")), equity interests in real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and master limited partnerships ("MLPs"). The fund is non-diversified.
