The fund is an actively managed ETF. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, as a principal strategy, at least 80% of its net assets in a broad range of income producing securities, including debt, equity and hybrid instruments (the "80% Policy"). As part of the 80% Policy, under normal market conditions, the fund will attempt to achieve its investment objective primarily by investing in high-yield corporate bonds and other debt instruments, with an emphasis on those rated below investment grade.
