The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to generate weekly income by selling (writing) call options and to provide exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Index by investing in the equity securities that comprise the Reference Index and/or ETFs that share economic characteristics with the component securities of the Reference Index (collectively the Nasdaq-100 Portfolio"). The fund is non-diversified.
