Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small to mid capitalization companies the fund"s advisor believes to be undervalued. The equity securities in which the fund may invest include common and preferred stocks. The fund may invest in foreign (non-U.S.) securities.
