The fund manager seeks to provide capital appreciation through participation in the broad equity markets. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of large, well-established, U.S. companies. In implementing its strategy, the fund primarily invests in the common stocks of U.S. companies. It is non-diversified.
