About the company

The fund may purchase commercial paper that is rated P-1 by Moody"s or A-1 by S&P and demand notes issued by companies whose commercial paper receives such ratings. The Fund may invest in certain foreign securities, directly and by purchasing American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). In addition, the Fund invests in domestic companies that engage in substantial foreign business. The fund is non-diversified.
