The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio comprised of equity securities of large capitalization companies primarily domiciled outside the U.S. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings made for investment purposes) in securities of large capitalization companies.
