About the company

The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded Fund ("ETF"). Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. The fund invests in at least three countries and invests at least 75% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies.
