It operates the North Access, a 96-kilometer highway that connects the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires with the suburbs in the north and nearby coastal areas; and the General Paz Rind Road, a 24-kilometer toll-free section of the primary ring road that surrounds the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The company was incorporated in 1994 and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
