The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in bonds and other debt securities. The fund may invest in debt instruments issued by U.S. and non-U.S. governments, their agencies, authorities or instrumentalities, U.S. and non-U.S. corporate or other non-governmental entities, as well as mortgage- and other asset-backed securities. The fund is non-diversified.
