Ernexa Therapeutics Inc., a preclinical-stage company, develops induces derived mesenchymal stem cells (iMSC) therapies for the treatment of treatment of cancer and autoimmune disease. The company's lead product is ERNA-101, an allogenic pro-inflammatory cytokine (IL-7/IL-15) secreting iMSC for the treatment of ovarian cancer; and ERNA-201, an anti-inflammatory cytokine (IL-10) secreting iMSC for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
