Kibo Energy PLC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and development of energy projects in Sub Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom. The company holds a 65% interest in the Sustineri Energy project located in South Africa; and 100% interest in the Southport project located in Merseyside, north-west of England. It also holds 42.58% interest in MAST Energy Development. In addition, the company engages in the power generation, mineral exploration, and treasury businesses. The company was formerly known as Kibo Mining Plc and changed its name to Kibo Energy PLC in 2018. Kibo Energy PLC was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Galway, Ireland.
