The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in companies that are involved in the greater real estate economy which refers to the interrelated sectors and industries that derive at least 50% of their revenue from real estate related activities; are organized as REITs or REIT-like entities such as a real estate operating company; or that provide goods and services to real estate industry participants. The fund is non-diversified.
