Perak Corporation Berhad, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the ports and logistics business in Malaysia. It operates through four segments: Ports and Logistics, Property Development, Hospitality and Tourism, and Management Services and Others. The company offers integrated port services, such as tuggage, pilotage, berthing, stevedoring, cargo handling, storage, and ancillary services; and management services. It is also involved in township development of real property and ancillary services; hotelier, restaurateur, and theme park businesses; operation and management of rest house; ownership and operations of multi-purpose port facilities, operation and maintenance of a bulk terminal; and sale and rental of port related land and other ancillary activities. The company was incorporated in 1991 and is based in Ipoh, Malaysia. Perak Corporation Berhad operates as a subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak.
