The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by utilizing an investment strategy enhanced by the use of artificial intelligence. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of international companies. An "International Company" for the purposes of this fund are those that are that are listed within the MSCI EAFE Index.
