It operates container depots in Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Fuzhou, and Xiamen ports. The company also provides container leasing, management, property holding, and human resource management services. It operates in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and internationally. The company was incorporated in 1988 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
