The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of small-capitalization equity securities issued by companies in emerging markets. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in equity securities of small-capitalization emerging market companies. The fund is non-diversified.
