The company owns a 100% working interest in producing Garrington area oil well with 640 acres of related oil and gas petroleum rights in Garrington, Alberta. The company was formerly known as FM Resources Corp. and changed its name to Strikewell Energy Corp. in September 2006. Strikewell Energy Corp. was incorporated in 1971 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
