Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust. It is constituted as a supplementary deed dated an amended and restated deed dated 18 September 2018 and second amended and restated deed dated 7 April 2025 (collectively referred to as the Deed) between Sunway REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. and RHB Trustees Berhad. The Fund was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 July 2010. The unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements comprise Sunway REIT and its subsidiaries. Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust was founded on 20th May, 2010 and is domiciled in Malaysia.
