The company was formerly known as Taiwan Union Glass Industrial Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Taiwan Union Technology Corporation in January 2000. Taiwan Union Technology Corporation was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Zhubei, Taiwan.
