The company also offers hospitality, retail management, property ownership, and maintenance and facilities management services, as well as engages in food and beverage operation and parking facilities for motor vehicles. In addition, it provides car wash services; event management and food catering services; and rents and operates self-owned or leased real estate. The company was formerly known as Mulpha Land Berhad and changed its name to Thriven Global Berhad in June 2015. Thriven Global Berhad was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
