The fund"s strategy involves two components: (1) investing, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of equity securities based on the BITA VistaShares DRUKMacro Select Index (the "Index Strategy"); and (2) generating income through an options portfolio (the "Income Strategies"). It is non-diversified.
